This project is in Chula Vista. A new ground up shell and tenant build out. Full height segmented radiused front entry with 1" dual glass with low-e coating.

This project is in El Cajon. We removed existing storefront and re-installed new up to date offset custom painted storefront framing with a reflective glass to offer the customer a project that was more modern and able to meet the stringent Ca. title 24 code requirements.

This is the building after completion. A complete new look with a product that is more effecient than before.

Interior lobby at Qualcomm Building N. We have completed approximately 15 high end TI projects for various Qualcomm buildings.

This is a glass stair railing at the lobby of Qualcomm building N. We currently finished another high end TI for Qualcomm and working at another. The scope of work we have done at these Qualcomm projects range in, changing existing exterior storefront doors and adding new doors with electric VonDuprin panic devices, Added new exterior storefront, Installed full height conference room glass and full glass herculite type doors with electrified panic hardware. Sub contracted auto sliding doors. Installed vanity mirrors at rest-rooms and mirror walls at fitness rooms. We have also installed the electrified glass manufactured by Polytronics.

This project is in Carlsbad. This is a full height conference room with the electrified Polytronics glass. This glass is a laminated glass with an electronic film between the glass. When the electrical switch is turned on the glass will become obscured for privacy.
